The Collector’s Garage at WestWorld: Scottsdale’s Next Luxury Automotive Destination
Scottsdale’s reputation as a hub for car enthusiasts just shifted into high gear. On August 26, the Scottsdale City Council unanimously approved The Collector’s Garage at WestWorld — a $55 million luxury car storage facility set to redefine what “garage” means.
Planned on 5.09 acres east of Loop 101 near Scottsdale Airport, the project will include 46 customizable garages within a 76,500-square-foot complex. Most units will be about 1,500 sq ft, with a few larger options around 2,400 sq ft. Buyers can add features like vehicle lifts, mezzanines, and premium finishes, elevating the space beyond standard storage.
Designed with painted drywall, LED lighting, and high-capacity climate control, the facility blends functionality with luxury — catering to serious collectors who expect more than warehouse space. Construction is expected to break ground within six months, with completion anticipated in about 18 months.
Beyond serving as secure storage, The Collector’s Garage will likely energize the area surrounding WestWorld, already a destination for Barrett-Jackson and other premier automotive events. It reflects Scottsdale’s growing alignment between luxury real estate, recreation, and lifestyle development, reinforcing the city’s standing among the nation’s elite collector markets.
